1. How much will I pay for shipping?
I will be using USPS to ship/deliver lettermail under 50g or less than $15. Shipping is FREE for these types of items and they will be partially tracked.
Standard fee for purchases for on or above $15 tracked packages going to the USA is $15, Canada is $20, Everywhere else is $41.
More bulky items such as memopads need to be automatically tracked due to weight!
2. What's the return, exchange, & refund policy?
Please note that I will not be accepting any refunds. All sales are final.
Please understand that it is not my responsibility once I have sent any mail through USPS or other mailing services, BUT if the products you have received are wrong, damaged, and/or lost, please contact me through my Contact Form or DM me through Twitter!
3. Do you accept international orders?
Yes, to most places! I use USPS to ship tracked/bulky deliveries. Otherwise, I will use Canada Post for untracked, smaller deliveries but it might take a month or it might even get lost, so it is recommeded that you use tracked for international orders.
4. How long does it take you to ship orders? How long does it take for orders to arrive?
It will take around 2-5 business days to ship any orders, but it might depend on how much orders I receive in a week! If there is any delay, I will usually put up a notice in store or on my Twitter account.
For untracked orders (Canada Post):
- Canada, Approx. 7 business days.
- USA, up to 14 business days.
- Everywhere else, 22 business days.
For tracked orders (USPS):
- Canada, 2 to 8 business days.
- USA, 3 to 6 business days.
- Everywhere else, 8 to 22 business days.
5. What days are you shipping mail?
Monday to Thursday! I try not to ship any mail on the weekend (Fri, Sat, & Sun)
